2026 TITAN Property Awards（泰坦地产奖）获奖名单正式公布，MWLA 项目 三亚招商·林屿间（Sanya Forest Island） 荣获住宅景观设计类铂金奖（Platinum Winner）。

Recently,the winners of the 2026 TITAN Property Awards have been officially announced.MWLA’s project Sanya Forest Island has been awarded Platinum Winner in the Residential Landscape category.

本次获奖的「三亚招商·林屿间」，以热带生态语境为基础，在高密度开发条件下回应自然与居住之间的关系。设计通过空间序列、植物层次与场地气候的协同组织，构建出可被感知、可被使用的日常环境，使景观在使用与时间中逐渐展开，而非停留于形式表达。这一奖项，是对项目阶段性成果的一次确认。感谢业主与合作团队的信任与支持。

Set within a tropical ecological context, the project responds to the relationship between nature and residential living under high-density conditions.Through the coordination of spatial sequences, layered planting, and climate-responsive strategies, the design creates an environment that can be both perceived and inhabited—where the landscape unfolds gradually through time and everyday use, rather than remaining as a purely formal expression.
