近日，绵阳师范学院副校长何云晓率生命科学学院（生态林业学院）、人居环境学院相关负责人及教师到访成都麦微景观建筑事务所（MWLA），围绕校企合作、人才培养、实践教学及行业发展等议题进行了交流。

During a recent visit to MWLA, a delegation from Mianyang Teachers' College, led by Vice President He Yunxiao, met with our team to exchange ideas on industry-academia collaboration, talent cultivation, practical teaching, and industry development.


 

交流过程中，双方结合当前景观行业的发展趋势，就高校人才培养、学生实践与就业、校企协同育人等方向进行了深入探讨，并正式签署校地合作协议，为后续开展长期合作奠定基础。

The discussion focused on the evolving demands of the landscape profession, exploring topics including design education, practice-based learning, graduate development, and the skills required by the industry today. The visit also marked the beginning of a long-term collaboration between the university and MWLA.

对于 MWLA 而言，设计不仅发生在项目之中，也需要通过教育与实践不断延续。我们始终关注青年设计师的成长，希望通过工作坊、实践课程、企业交流等不同形式，为学生创造更多接触真实项目与行业工作的机会，让设计教育与实践建立更加紧密的联系。

At MWLA, we believe design extends beyond built projects. Through workshops, practice-based learning, and ongoing collaboration with universities, we hope to provide students with greater opportunities to engage with real projects and gain a deeper understanding of contemporary landscape practice.
 

此次交流中，双方还就设立 "麦微甘露奖学金" 展开初步讨论，希望通过奖学金计划支持优秀学生的发展，并进一步推动校企协同育人与设计人才培养。

The visit also included preliminary discussions on establishing the MWLA Ganlu Scholarship, an initiative intended to support outstanding students while encouraging closer collaboration between education and professional practice.

感谢绵阳师范学院一行的到访，也期待未来在人才培养、实践教学、科研交流等方面开展更加深入、长期的合作。
